Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing to any CodedStream service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What we offer

CodedStream provides business email hosting on your own domain, website hosting, and WhatsApp Business hosting built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Features, limits, and pricing for each service are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your contact email up to date — it's how we reach you about billing, service issues, or policy changes.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) through our payment partner, Whop. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, but your service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — no partial refunds are given for unused time unless required by law.

Some services (like WhatsApp Hosting) include a base allowance of users and storage, with optional paid add-ons for extra capacity, as described on the Pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights. WhatsApp Hosting must also comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy — repeated violations can get your WhatsApp number restricted or banned by Meta, which is outside our control.

We enforce reasonable technical limits (mailbox storage, message storage, team member counts, file upload size) as described in your plan. We may suspend accounts that abuse shared infrastructure or attempt to circumvent these limits.

If you believe one of our customers is using our services to send spam, phishing, fraud, or other abusive or illegal content, report it to abuse@codedstream.com with as much detail as possible (headers, message copy, sender address). We review abuse reports and take action, which may include suspending or terminating the offending account.

6. Your content

You own the emails, messages, files, and other content you send or store through our services. We don't read, sell, or use your message content for advertising. We only access it when necessary to operate the service (e.g., delivering your emails, technical support you request, or as described in our Privacy Policy).

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable and monitor it continuously, but we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or offer service credits for downtime. We'll do our best to communicate planned maintenance or incidents that affect you.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or don't pay for the service. Where possible, we'll try to notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue first.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CodedStream isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost messages, lost business, or data loss — though we do maintain regular backups and encourage you to keep your own copies of anything critical.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for significant changes we'll try to notify active customers by email.
